Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses,
Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 8, "Electrical",
Article I, "In General", to adopt the 1975 edition
of the National Electrical Code.

Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle [7,

"Miscellaneous] 4, "Erosion District Taxes", to

follow immediately after Section [17-703(n)]
17-401(j) thereof, establishing the Ulmstead Estates
special erosion taxing district, and setting forth
purposes thereof.

General Development Plan of Anne Arundel County by
reflecting 1974 revisions to the Water and
Wastewater Plan; and matters generally related
thereto.
