"ELECTION DISTRICTS"

AN ACT, to repeal Section 142 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, Being Article
I, of the Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Election Districts" and enact a new Section 142 in
lieu thereof, to stand in place of the new sections
repealed, to provide for the re—alignment of
Election District No. 24—Eckhart—and to provide
for precinct subdivision of the consolidated
election district.
