19.

(m) (6) [All licensees shall purchase all wines
and liquors from the liquor control board for Worcester
County. They shall be charged 85 percent of the retail
price set by the board for the wines and liquors.]

(d) In computing the time at which appointments to
the several boards normally expire, and when new terms of
office begin, the following dates shall be used:

[(5) Worcester County - June 1, 1975.

Initial appointments shall be for two, three and four

years. Their successors shall be appointed to regular

four year terms.]

(e) (2) Members of the boards in the following
counties shall serve for terms as specified:

[(iv) Worcester County......... 4 years ]

(h) Members of the several boards__shall__receive

compensation as follows:

[(7) Worcester County - Fifteen hundred

dollars ($1500.00) per annum, with a mileage fee of ten

cents (10¢) per mile when in attendance upon meetings.]

(h) [(1) All net profits arising from the
operation of said dispensaries shall be first applied
towards the payment of any and all sums advanced to or
borrowed by the liquor control board. After such sums
have been paid, the said board shall be authorized to
create and maintain a reserve fund not to exceed
$5,000.00, to provide adequate working capital and to
meet any losses that may be sustained by the board in the
operation of such dispensaries. Fifty per centum (50%)
of all net profits in excess of the above shall belong to
and be paid over to the County Commissioners of Worcester
County on or before June 1st, in each and every year, and
the remaining fifty per centum (50%) shall on or before
June 1st, each year, be paid to the mayor and city
council of Berlin, Ocean City, Pocomoke City and Snow
Hill in proportion to the net profits on total sales of
the dispensaries in each of these municipalities and in
the surrounding areas of the election districts in which
