Development for the Maryland Historical Trust for
planning and restoration of the Molloy House, Chestertown
(Kent County); Section 5(R)(3)(b) in said Chapter 289 and
found on page 1295 of the Laws of 1974, making available
$127,000 to the Department of Economic and Community
Development for the Maryland Historical Trust for grant
to the City of Baltimore for the acquisition, restoration
and preparation for use of the following properties
within the Fells Point National Historic District,
contingent upon agreement by the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore to guarantee the cost of operating and
maintaining the property after completion of the
restoration: 1600 Shakespeare Street, 812 South Ann
Street, and Maritime Museum; Section 5(R)(3)(d) in said
Chapter 289 and found on page 1295 of the Laws of 1974,
making available $25,000 to the Department of Economic
and Community Development for the Maryland Historical
Trust for restoration of the Washington Monument
contingent upon the City of Baltimore providing matching
funds; Section 5(R)(3)(g) in said Chapter 289 and found
on page 1296 of the Laws of 1974, making available
$100,000 to the Department of Economic and Community
Development for the Maryland Historical Trust for grant
to the City of Baltimore for the acquisition and/or
restoration of historic facilities included in the
National Register as recommended by the City of Baltimore
and approved by Maryland Historical Trust and the
Department of State Planning subject to review and final
approval by the Board of Public Works[[.]]; Section
5(C)(7)(a) in said Chapter 289 and found on page 1270 of
the Laws of 1974, making available $2,460,000 to the
Department of Natural Resources for Patapsco State Park
(Baltimore and Howard Counties) for construction of
roads, parking, support buildings and utilities destroyed
by tropical storm Agnes in Ilchester area; Section
5(I)(1)(c) in said Chapter 289 and found on page 1281 of
the Laws of 1974, making available $1,394,100 to the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services,
Division of Correction, headquarters for construction and
site improvements for conversion of the Southern
Maryland Correctional Camp into a Regional Community
Correctional Center (72 beds) for St. Mary's, Calvert and
Charles Counties and the State's share for a 36—bed
pretrial lockup module; Section 5(I)(3)(c) in said
Chapter 289 and found on page 1283 of the Laws of 1974,
making available $207,000 to the Department of Public
Safety and Correctional Services, Maryland Penitentiary
(Baltimore City) for installation of interior and
exterior security lighting on West Wing, South Wing, "C"
Dormitory and various other buildings; Section 5 (M) (1) (i)
in said Chapter 289 and found on page 1266 of the Laws of
1974, making available $836,000 to the University of
Maryland, College Park (Prince George's County), for
extension and replacement of facilities. The
aforementioned items are described by reference, but
