AN ACT concerning

State Prosecutorial System

FOR the purpose of creating a new organization and system
for the prosecution of State and local crimes;
creating the office of State Prosecutor and
providing for his appointment, qualifications,
salary, duties, powers, responsibilities, removal,
retirement, reprimand, and discipline; providing the
venue for the trial of certain cases prosecuted by
the State Prosecutor; creating the State Prosecutor
Selection and Disabilities Commission, and providing
for its composition, terms, qualifications, duties,
powers and procedures; providing for the powers, and
duties of State's attorneys; restricting outside
activities of the State Prosecutor; and relating
generally to the system of State prosecutions.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 33A through 33C, inclusive, to be under the
