caution he was deceived by the use of documentary
evidence, and that for [such] THESE reasons he was not
able to ascertain that the minor was in fact a minor,
[shall] MAY not be found guilty of selling or furnishing
alcoholic beverages to a minor nor shall he or the
licensee be subject to any penalty or to the suspension
or revocation of the license for [such] THIS act.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

(House Bill 1930)

AN ACT concerning

Fees of Clerks — Court of Appeals and
Court of Special Appeals

FOR the purpose of repealing the requirement that the
clerk of the Court of Appeals and the clerk of the
Court of Special Appeals collect certain court fees;
and providing that the State Court Administrator
shall determine the amount of those fees to be
charged by those clerks, subject to the approval of
the Board of Public Works.
