This being the day prescribed by Section 16 of
Article II, and by Section 14 of Article III of the
Constitution for the Special and Extraordinary meeting of
the General Assembly of Maryland at 10:00 A.M.:

James P. Mause, Chief Clerk of the House of
Delegates for the 1975 Session, called the House to
order.

Prayer was offered by the Honorable Joseph Chester
of Baltimore City.

Upon the call of the roll call by the Reading Clerk,
