Hynson Soone Returnes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Phillip Holeidger of Cecill County being bound by Recognizance last Court to make his not personall Appearance here at this Court but ye Said Phillip ^ appearing According to recognizance But ye Court being informed that ye Said Phillip is Now Sick & in a languishing condicon therefore uncapable of comeing Whereupon Richard Macklin Clk of ye Indictmts moves ye Court that ye Said Recognizance might be renewed Jno Hynson Junr. & Samll.
