96) Hundred and Eighty one The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above Bound Michael Spalding do and Shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Treasurer of the Western Shore for the time being the Just and full Sum of twelve Shillings per Acre for all the Land which upon an Accurate Survey shall be Contained in the Lot marked N.o 72 on the plat of Beaverdam Manor made in the year 1768 by Jonathan Abell in Gold and Silver Rating Milled Dollars at Seven Shillings and Six pence and other Gold and Silver at the Rates mentioned in an Act entitled an Act for the emission of Bills of Credit &c passed May session 1781 or in Bills of Credit of the emission of the tenth May 1781 to the Actual Value thereof in the proportions and on the days following to wit One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1782 with Legal Interest thereon One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1783 with Legal Interest thereon and the other third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1784 with Legal Interest thereon Then the above Obligation to be Void else to Remain in full force and Virtue in Law his Signed Sealed & Delivered G Duvall Michael T Spalding (seal) In the presence of mark Abram Clark (seal) Henry Spalding (seal) Maryland sc.t Know all men by these presents that we Joseph Stone Bennitt Riley and Zachariah Forest of Saint Mary's County are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and Just Sum of One hundred and twenty pounds Gold Currency to be paid unto the said State of Maryland to the which payment well and truly to be made and Done We bind ourselves and each of us Our and each of our Heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and Dated this twenty second day of September Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty one The Condition of the above obligation is Such that if the above Bound Joseph Stone do and Shall well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the treasurer of the Western Shore for the time being the Just and full Sum of twelve Shillings and Six pence per Acre for all the Land which upon an Accurate Survey shall be Contained in the Lot or Tenement Marked N.o 51 on the plat of Beaverdam Manor made in the year 1768 by Jonathan Abell in Gold & Silver Rating Milled Dollars at Seven Shillings and Six pence and other Gold and Silver at the Rates mentioned in an Act entitled an Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &c passed May Session 1781 or in Bills of Credit of the emission of the tenth May 1781 to the Actual Value thereof in the proportions and on the Days following to wit One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1782 with Legal Interest thereon One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1783 with Legal Interest thereon and the other third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1784 with Legal Interest thereon then the above Obligation to be Void else to Remain in full force and Virtue in Law Joseph Stone (seal) Signed Sealed & Delivered G Duvall Benit Riley (seal) In the presence of Zach.s Forrest (seal) Maryland sc.t Know all men by these presents that we Charles Chilton Matthew Wise and Kenelm Belt Watts of Saint Mary's County are held and firmly Bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and Just Sum of Six hundred pounds Gold Currency to be paid to the said State of Maryland To the which payment well and truly to ^be^ made and Done We bind ourselves and Each of us Our & each of our Heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these Presents |
