       Called Bowdens Folly  Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land Called Joshua's Addition   And also
       all that part parcel or Tract of Land or part of a Tract of Land Called Yates's Contrivance  All
       which said Last mentioned Eleven parts parcels or Tracts of Land are Situate lying and being on
       the south Side of Patapsco Falls in Anne Arundel aforesaid  Together with all Rights profits ^Benefits^
       Priviledges Appurtenances and improvements thereon Erected and made and thereunto belonging
       To have and to hold the aforesaid parts parcels and Tracts of Land Hereditaments and
       premises with all and Singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said John
       Cockey his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper use and Behoof of the said John Cockey his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  And the said
       Thomas Cockey Doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise &
       agree to and with the said John Cockey his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Thomas Cockey
       and his Heirs the aforesaid Parts parcels and Tracts of Land Hereditaments and premisses with the
       Appurtenances unto him the said John Cockey his Heirs and Assigns from and against him
       the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs and Assigns and of from and against all persons whatsoever
       Claiming or to Claim by from or under the said Thomas Cockey or his Heirs shall and will Warrent
       and forever Defend by these presents and the said Thomas Cockey and his Heirs shall and will at
       the Reasonable Request Cost and Charges in the Law of him the said John Cockey at any time hereafter
       make do Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause and procure to be made done Acknowledged
       suffered and Executed all such further and other Act and Acts thing and things Devices Conveyances
       and Assurances unto him the said John Cockey his Heirs and Assigns as by his or their Council
       all and singular the said parts parcels and Tracts of Land Hereditaments and premises with the
       Appurtenances unto him the said John Cockey his Heirs and Assigns as by his or their Council
       Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably Devised or Advised and Required According to the True
       intent and meaning hereof  In Witness whereof the said parties have hereunto set their hands and
       Seals the day and Year above Written

             On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Received the day and year within Written by me the within named Thomas Cockey of and from the
       within named John Cockey the Sum of one thousand pounds Current money being the full Consideration
       money within mentioned to be by him to me paid for the within bargained and sold premises and is  
       in full for the same as Witness my hand                                                         Tho.s Cockey sen.r

                                                 Be it Remembered that on the 5.th Day of June One thousand seven hundred
       and Eighty three Before us the Subscribers two of the state Justices for Baltimore County aforesaid personally

       his Act and Deed and the several parts parcels and Tracts of Land therein mentioned to be the right and
       Estate of the within named John Cockey his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true intent and
