       four Degrees West thirty three perches and then ^or^ by a straight line to the
       Beginning containing and laid out for seventy nine acres and Beginning
       for Lot Number Thirty North twenty one degrees west nine perches
       distant from a bounded white oak standing at the head of a Glade
       decending into the little falls of Gunpowder river the beginning Tree
       of Lot Number Twenty and running thence south seventy three degrees
       west forty eight perches North seventy seven Degrees forty five Minutes
       west thirty two perches South eighty five Degrees West forty eight perches
       North thirty eight perches North sixty degrees West twenty one perches North
       Eighty Degrees West eighteen perches to two bounded Hickories standing on
       a hill thence North sixty degrees west twenty perches North nineteen degrees
       East fifty seven perches to a place south thirty one degrees thirty minutes
       west eighteen Feet distant from a bounded white oak standing near a
       Spring thence North seventy degrees East one hundred and seventy perches
       to the end of sixteen perches in the fourth line of Lot Number Twenty Nine
       thence bounding on said Lot and Lot Number Twenty South ten degrees
       west one hundred and fourteen perches to a bounded Stone standing on a
       Hill and thence by a straight line to the beginning containg and laid out
       for one hundred and twenty five acres and a Quarter Together with
       all and singular the improvements ^Advantages privileges Rights Hereditaments and Appurtenances^ whatsoever to the aforesaid Two
       Lots belonging  To have and to hold the aforesaid Lots number Twenty
       One and Number Thirty with all and singular the premises and appurtenances
       unto him the said Henry Chew Gaither his Heirs and assigns
       for ever  In Witness whereof the said Clement Hollyday & Gabriel
       Duvall have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and
       year first above written

                   On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed to wit

                      Maryland Sc  On the 17.th day of November 1785 came before
       the subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court Clement Hollyday and
       Gabriel Duvall parties to the foregoing Deed and acknowledged the foregoing
       Instrument of writing to be their Act and Deed and the Lots of Land therein
       mentioned to be Conveyed to be the right and Estate of Henry Chew
       Gaither in the said Deed named his heirs and assigns for ever according
       to the True intent and meaning thereof
