511 say pursue implead seize sequester distrain attach arrest imprison and to condemn and out of Prison to deliver Also to Compound conclude and agree by arbitration or otherwise as their said attornies or either of them shall think fit And Generally in and concerning the premises to do perform execute and accomplish all and whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary as fully amply and Effectually to all intents constructions an purposes as they the said constituents or either of them might or could do if personally present with power to substitute one or more attornies under them or either of them with like or limitted Power and the same again to revoke they the said John Hanbury and John Lloyd surviving partners of the aforesaid Osgood Hanbury Deceased and each of them hereby ratifying and confirming and holding for good and valid all and whatsoever the said John Clapham and Jonas Clapham or either of them their or either of their substitute or Substitutes shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the premises by Virtue of these presents In Witness whereof they have hereunto set their hands and seals the thirteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five Sealed and Delivered (being first John Hanbury (seal) duly stampt) in the presence of James Gale John Lloyd (seal) To the aforegoing Power of Attorney was annexed the following Deposition & Certificates London to wit James Gale Clerk to Benjamin Hammatt of Birchin Lane in the Parish of Saint Edmund the King an Martyr London Notary Publick Maketh Oath that he was Present and did see John Hanbury and John Lloyd (by the several names stiles and titles of John Hanbury late of Tower Street Merchant) and now of whitecross street London Brewer and John Lloyd late of Bartholomew Close but now of Tower Street London Merchant Surviving Partners of Osgood Hanbury late of London Merchant deceased which said Osgood Hanbury John Hanbury and John Lloyd carried on Trade under the firm of "Hanburys & Lloyd" severally sign seal and as their several Act and Deed in due form of Law execute and deliver the said original Paper writing or Letter of Attorney marked with the Letter A. hereunto annexed bearing date the thirtieth day of September last past to and for the uses intents and purposes therein mentioned and that in Testimony of such Execution he this Deponent set signed or subscribed his name as Witness thereto as thereby may appear Sworn the first day of October in the year 1785 Before me R Clark James Gale Mayor |
