505) (as is alledged) lately died Intestate having whilst living and at the time of his Death Goods Chattels or Credits in divers Dioceses or Jurisdictions, since whose Death Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased was committed and granted to Osgood Hanbury the Natural and Lawful Son of the said Deceased who after taking such administration upon himself Intermeddled in the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased and afterwards died leaving some part thereof unadministered and not fully disposed of and we being desireous that that the said Goods Chattels and Credits may be well and faithfully administered applied and disposed of according to Law Do therefore by these presents grant full power and authority to you in whose fidelity we confide to administer and faithfully dispose of the said Goods Chattels and Credits Left unadministred as aforesaid and to ask demand recover and receive whatever Debts and Credits which whilst Living and at the time of his Death did anyway belong to his Estate and to pay whatever Debts the said Deceased at the time his Death did owe so far as such Goods Chattels and Credits will thereto extend and the Law requires you having already made a solemn and sincere Declaration or affirmation according to Act of Parliament well and faithfully to administer the same and to make a true and Perfect Inventory of all and singular the said Goods Chattels and Credits and to exhibit the same into the Registry of our Prerogative Court of Canterbury on or before the last day of August next ensuing and also to render a just and true accompt thereof on or before the last day of February which will be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty five and we do by these presents ordain depute and constitute you administratrix of all and singular the Goods Chattels and credits of the said Deceased left unadministred as aforesaid Given at London the twenty seventh day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four and in the first year of our Translation Henry Stevens Geo Gostling Jn.o Grene Deputy Examined with Registers the original the with the seal of the Prerogative Court 4.th October 1785 of the Archbishop of Canterbury in red wax P James Gale appending London to wit Daniel Rayner of Coggeshall in the County of Essex (at the present in London) Gentleman and James Gale Clerk to Benjamin Hammatt of Birchen Lane in the Parish of Saint Edmund the King and Martyr London Notary Publick Do severally Make Oath Depose and say as follows And first the Deponent Daniel (Rayner) |
