502) The twenty second day of September last past to and for the uses intents and purposes therein mentioned and that in Testimony of such execution by the said Mary Hanbury David Barclay and John Lloyd he this Deponent set signed or subscribed his name as Witness thereto as thereby may appear And this Deponent saith that the paper writing marked with the Letter B. hereunto annexed signed by this Deponent is a just and true Copy of an original Probate of the last will and Testament of Capel Hanbury late of the Parish of All hallows Barking London deceased granted to Mary Hanbury Widow the Relict of the said Deceased Mark Beaufoy and John Hunter the Executors Named in the said Will under seal of the Prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury and this Deponant saith that the paper writing hereunto annexed marked with the Letter C. signed by this Deponent is a just and true Copy of an original Probate of the last will and Testament of Osgood Hanbury late of Coggeshall in the County of Essex deceased granted to David Barclay Richard Gurney and John Lloyd the Executors Named in the said Will under seal of the Prerogative Office Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury and this Deponent further saith that he hath this day duly and carefully examined and compared the said annexed copied marked B.C. with their respective originals to him this Deponent produced fair and uncancelled wherewith the same do exactly agree Sworn the first day of October in the Year 1785 Before me James Gale R Clark Mayor I Benjamin Hammatt Notary Public Dwelling in London duly admitted and sworn do hereby certify and attest that the Right Honourable Richard Clark Esquire before whom the aforegoing Affidavit was this day Sworn and by him signed (in presence of me Notary) is Lord Mayor of the City of London and one of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the said City and that to all affidavits before him sworn and by him signed full faith and Credit is and ought to be given in Judgment Court and thereout (the Magistrates of this City not affixing any Seal to Depositions before them made) except only wherein pursuance of an Act of Parliament for recovery of Debts in his Majestys Plantations and Colonies in America (the chief magistrate causes the Seal of the office of Mayoralty to be affixed) Witness my Notarial firm and seal in London the first day of October in the year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five Benj.n Hammatt Not.s Pub.s (seal) |
