499) Doctor of Laws surrogate of the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor of Laws Master keeper or Commissary of our Prerogative Court of Canturbury lawfully constituted the last will and Testament of Osgood Hanbury late of Coggeshall in the County of Essex deceased hereunto annexed was proved approved and Registered the said Deceased having whilst Living and at the time of his Death Goods Chattels or Credits in divers Dioceses Jurisdictions by Reason whereof the poving and Registring the said Will and the Granting Administration of all and singular the said Goods Chattels and Credits and also the auditing allowing and final discharging the account thereof are well known to appertain only and wholly to us and not to any Inferior Judge and that administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased any way concerning his will was granted to David Barclay Richard Gurney and John Lloyd the Executors named in the said Will they having already made a Solemn and sincere Declaration or Affirmation according to Act of Parliament well and faithfully to administer the same and to make a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the said Goods Chattels and Credits and to exhibit the same into the Registry of our said Court on or before the last day of August next ensuing and also to render a just and true accompt thereof Given at the time and place above written and in the first year of our Translation Henry Stevens Geo Gostling Deputy Ex.d with the original Jn.o Grene Registers the 1.st October 1785 With the seal of the Prerogative Court of the P James Gale Archbishop of Canterbury in red wax appending London to wit Simon Martin of the Parish of Saint Michael at plea in the City of Norwich (at present in London) Gentleman being one of the people called Quakers upon his solemn affirmation saith that he was present and did see Richard Gurney of Norwich Banker one of the persons named the Letter A. hereunto annexed sign seal and as his Act and Deed in due form of Law Execute and deliver the said original Letter of Attorney bearing Date the twenty second day of September instant to and for the uses intents and purposes therein mentioned and that in Testimony of such Execution by the said Richard Gurney he this affirmant set signed or subscribed his name as witness thereto as thereby may appear Affirmed the twenty sixth day of September in the Year 1785 Simon Martin Before me R Clark Mayor |
