492) And performed shall and may peaceably quietly have hold use occupy and enjoy the above demised premises with the appurtenances for and during the full end and Term of Ninety Nine Years for which the same is above demised without the Lett Suit Trouble or Interuption of him the said Charles Ridgely his heirs or assigns or any other person or persons claiming any Title therein by from or under him or any of them And lastly that he the said Charles Ridgely his heirs or assigns at any time or times hereafter during the Continuance of this present Demise at the request and at the proper cost and Charge of them the said Thomas Dorsey John Dorsey and Samuel Chase their Executors Administrators and assigns and on his or their payment or tendering in payment one years ground Rent as a fine therefore to the said Charles Ridgely his Heirs or assigns shall make and Execute or cause to be made and Executed a new Lease for other Ninety Nine Years to commence and take effect from and at the end of the Term for which the same is above demised subject to the same Rent and under the like Covenants and agreements as are herein before mentioned and so from time to time that this Lease may be renewed and renewable for ever In Witness whereof the parties hereto have set their hands and seals to these presents the day and year first within written Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of C Ridgely son of Jn.o (seal) Jn.o Dorsey (seal) The Interlineation in the second Page and the Erasure in the second and third Pages first being made Samuel Chase (seal) Thomas Dorsey (seal) M Haslett Alex.r Turnival On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed to wit Baltimore County to wit on the sixteenth day of August 1785 came before us the subscribers Two Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid the Parties to the within Instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be their act and Deed according to the true Intent and meaning thereof The above Deed Executed Certified before Feb.y 16 1786 by Samuel Geo Gould Presbury Chase in presence of Abra.m V.n Bibber A C Hanson Maryland On the Sixteenth day of February 1786 came Samuel Chase before me the subscriber ^one^ of the Judges of the General Court and Acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his Act & Deed 14 sides A C Hanson Recorded February 15.th 1786 |
