438) Land called Partnership lying in the said County known and distinguished by the name of Part the Second, Beginning for the said ^second^ Part of Partnership on the thirteenth Line of said Tract and where it intersects a Tract of Land called Gunders Delight and running thence with Partnership North seventy four degrees East Forty one perches North thirty ^twenty^ degrees East fifty Eight perches North sixty degrees East Sixty Perches South forty seven degrees East Eighteen Perches South thirty two Degrees West one hundred and thirty eight Perches West Forty two Perches South forty five Degrees West one hundred and Twelve perches North thirty Degrees and one half of a degree west fifty one perches to the Tract called Gunders Delight then with it North fifty two degrees East seventeen perches North seventy five degrees East fifty four Perches North forty Degrees East forty eight perches then by a Straight to the Beginning containing sixty acres and three Quarters of an acre of Land more or Less with the appurtenances To have and To hold the said Lot piece or parcel of Land with its Rights members and appurtenances to them the sid Thomas Johnson James Johnson Baker Johnson and Roger Johnson their Heirs and assigns as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants to the only proper use and Behoof of Them the said Thomas Johnson James Johnson Baker Johnson and Roger Johnson their Heirs and assigns for ever and to and ^or^ for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever warranted and defended to them the said Thomas Johnson James Johnson Baker Johnson and Roger Johnson their Heirs and assigns agreeable to all or any act or acts of assembly in such case made and provided In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and affixed their Seals the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Clement Hollyday (seal) Delivered in the presence of G Duvall (seal) Nathan Hammond On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz) Maryland Sc.t On the first day of November 1785 Came before me one of the Judges of the General Court the within Named Clement Hollyday and Gabriel Duvall and acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be their Act and Deed and the Lot piece or parcel of Land within mentioned to be Conveyed to be the right and Estate of the within named Thomas Johnson James Johnson Baker Johnson and Roger Johnson their Heirs and assigns forever according to the true Intent and meaning of the within Deed and the act of assembly in such case made and provided Before 7½ sides A C Hanson Recorded the 1.st November 1785 |
