       present a resident of the City of Annapolis in the State of Maryland of the one part
       and Robert Hanson Harrison of Durham Parish in the County and State aforesaid
       of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred
       pounds Current Money of the said State to the said John Hoskins Stone in hand
       paid by the said Robert Hanson Harrison before the sealing and delivery of these
       presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  He the said John Hoskins Stone
       hath granted Bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by these
       presents doth grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said Robert
       Hanson Harrison his Heirs and assigns for ever in Fee simple All that part
       of a Tract of Land called Watsons purchase which he the said John Hoskins Stone
       bought of a certain John Stewart Chilton on the twenty fifth day of July in this
       present year containing Sixty Two acres or more or Less as by the Indenture of Bargain
       & Sale for the same bearing date the same day and duly acknowledged and recorded
       among the ^Land^ records of Charles County aforesaid relation being thereunto had will more
       fully appear which said part of the said Tract of Land hereby granted or intended
       to be granted & sold lies in Durham parish aforesaid and Begins at a Large Stone on
       the Bank of Potowmack river on the point below Nanjemey Warehouses (the said
       Stone being the Eastermost boundary on the said River of Robert Hanson Harrison's
       Land and Likewise the second boundary of the whole original Tract of Land called
       Watsons purchase) and runs thence from the said Stone down the said River and
       with the meanders thereof to another bound Stone dividing the said Hereby granted
       part of the said Tract of Land called Watson's purchase from the residue thereof which
       course reduced to a streight line is about twenty three perches long thence from the
       said last mentioned Stone with and by a streight course as the Nanjemoy Warehouse
       road runs to the run or branch forming the he^a^d of the little creek which
       empties or falls into Nanjemoy creek not far within its Mouth and on the west side
       thereof the said course having been found to be about W 15° N and Two hundred
       and seventy two perches in its extent thence Westerly up and with the said run or
       branch to the North West line or a Tract of Land belonging to the said Robert
       Hanson Harrison called Cowspring thence South East with the said North West
       line of the said Tract of Land called Cowspring reversed till it comes to the second
       or West line of the said Tract of Land called Watsons purchase where it interferes
       with the said North West line of the said Tract ^of Land^ called Cowspring thence East with
       the said West line of the said Tract of Land called Watsons purchase reversed
       to the beginning or first bound Stone herein mentioned (the same and the next
       preceeding line being the lines that divide the said Tract of Land called Watson's
       purchas and the Lands of the said Robert Hanson Harrison And moreoever the
       said part of the said Tract of Land hereby Granted is the same that was formery
       sold for fifty acres More or Less by a certain John Sheerman to a certain Nicholas
       Cooper about the year 1693 by or from whom it was devised or descended to John
       Cooper his Son who devised it or from whom it descended to William Cooper his Son
       the Father of a certain John Cooper his Son & Heir at Law who sold it to the aforesaid
