       East from a white oak North thirty three Degrees East forty perches being about six feet
       South two Degrees West from a Chesnut Tree north fifty Degrees East twenty perches being
       about nine feet north seventy seven Degrees East from a Red Oak North thirty Degrees East
       thirty two Perches being about four feet North fifty five Degrees west from a Chesnutt Tree
       north thirty six Degrees west fifty four Perches and one half of a Perch to the twenty second
       line of the ReSurvey on Hanover then with said Land the five following Courses South
       sixty five Degrees west fifty nine perches and one quarter of a perch to the end of the
       aforesaid Line it being between a small marked Red oak and Chesnutt still runing with
       the Lines of the said Land South sixteen Degrees and an half East forty perches being about
       three feet north sixty two Degrees west from a Red oak South twenty four Degrees East
       thirty six Perches being about four feet seventeen Degrees East from a white oak South twenty
       five Degrees west eighty perches being between a white oak and Spanish Oak South twenty
       Degrees East eighty perches being at a forked Swamp Oak then leaving the lines of said
       Land and runing north forty Degrees East ninety four perches and three fourths of a
       perch to the end of the South eighty five Degrees west sixty four Perches Line of the first
       resurvey of Woolf's Cow as resurveyed for Philip Holt being the end of the sixty eighth
       Line of said Land the end of      said Line being one Perch and three Links South forty
       eight Degrees west from a Spanish Oak then with said Land reversed north Eighty five
       Degrees East sixty four perches being about six feet north thirty six Degrees west from
       a Red Oak north thirty five Degrees East one hundred and sixty two perches to
       intersect a line drawn South fifty three Degrees East from the end of the nineteenth Line
       of Part of Conclusion enlarged as resurveyed for William Deakins Junior then with
       said Line reversed north fifty three Degrees west forty four perches to the sixteenth line
       of the resurvey on Happy Choice then by a straight line to the first Beginning containing
       and laid out for three hundred and ninety eight acres and one quarter of an acre of
       Land be the same more or less  And Whereas the said David Stewart is also possessed
       in his own Right of an undivided Moiety and half part of All those three Lotts of
       Ground situate lying and being in that part of Baltimore Town called Fells Point
       and known and distinguished on the Platt of that part of Baltimore Town by the
       numbers Eighty seven Eighty eight and Eighty nine which said Lotts are contained
       within the following Metes and Bounds Courses and Distances to wit Beginning for
       the same at a Post fixed at the Corner of the Lott number Eighty six on Wolf Street
       and thence runing and bounding on Wolf Street north one hundred and Eighty feet
       to the Corner of the Lott Number Ninety thence runing and bounding on Lott number
       Ninety East to the water of the north west Branch of Patapsco River thence runing
       and bounding on the said water South to the Lott Number Eighty six and thence
       runing and bounding on the Lott Number Eighty six to the Beginning aforesaid
       which said three Lotts or Parcells of Ground were heretofore leased by Anne Fell Executrix
       of the last will and Testament of Edward Fell late of Baltimore County deceased by
       Indenture bearing date on or about the first day of September in the Year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred and sixty eight to a certain George Patten and his
       Assigns for and during the Term of Ninety Nine Years with Covenants in the said
       Original Lease contained for renewment of the same for Ever hereafter Subject
       to the yearly Ground Rent of four Pounds ten Shillings Sterling Money payable to the
       Heirs of the said Edward Fell one Moiety of half part of which said three Lotts and
       Parcels of Ground the said David Stewart in Virtue of divers Mesne Assignments
