       State of Maryland fst   On the eighth day of February one thousand seven hundred
       and Eighty five appeared the within named Nathan Waters party to the within Deed
       before the subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court and acknowledged the within
       Deed to be hs Act and Deed and the Land and Premises therein mentioned to be the right
Ex.d & delivered   and Estate of the within named William Wilkins his Heirs and Assigns for Ever according
       to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case
       made and Provided

          This Indenture made this twenty eighth day of May in the year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and Eighty five  Between Elinor Brent Executrix William
       Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent acting Executors of the last will and Testament of
       William Brent Senior late of the Commonwealth of Virginia Deceased the aforesaid
       William Brent party to these presents also being Heir at Law to the aforesaid William
       Brent Senior Deceased all of the Commonwealth of Virginia on the one part and
       Samuel Chew of Anne Arundell County and the State of Maryland on the other part
       Witnesseth   That Whereas the aforesaid William Brent Senior deceased by his
       last will and Testament bering date the seventh day of January in the year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty two did Constitute and appoint the
       aforesaid Elenor Brent Executrix and William Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent
       Executors of the Will aforesaid and did by the will aforesaid authorise them to sell
       and Convey in Fee Simple the Land and premises hereafter herein to be mentioned
       And Whereas William Brent aforesaid and at the time of the Death of the
       to the aforesaid William Brent Senior were in the tenure of the said William Brent Senior
       and since his death have been and still are in the Tenure of the said Elenor Brent
       William Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent  Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the aforesaid Elenor Brent William Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent pursuant
       to the authority granted and to them Committed and in their and each of their Rights
       and Titles as Executors or otherwise jointly and seperately for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Seven thousand Pounds Current Money of Maryland to them in hand
       paid by the said Samuel Chew at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
       presents the  receipt whereof they and each of them do hereby acknowledge and the
       said Samuel Chew his Executors and Administrators of the same and every part
       thereof do clearly exonerate acquit and discharge by these presents they the said
       Elenor Brent Wiliam Brent and Daniel Carroll Brent jointly and seperately have
       given granted bargained and Sold Eliened reLeased Enfeoffed and Confirmed and do by
       these presents give grant bargain and Sell Elien reLease Enfeoff and Confirm unto the
