       the within Named Thomas Dorsey and Acknowledged the within Instrument of
       Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Parcel of Ground therein mentioned to be
       Conveyed to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Joseph Wilkins
       his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and meaning
       thereof  At the same time Came Elizabeth Dorsey the Wife of the aforesaid
       Thomas Dorsey and Relinquished his right of Dower In and to the
       aforesaid parcel of Ground hereby Conveyed and being by us Privately
       Examined out of the hearing of Husband Acknowledged that she did the
       same Willingly and freely and without being Induced thereto by fear or
       Threats of or Ill usage by her Husband or fear of his displeasure

       This Indenture made this thirteenth day of January Seventeen
       hundred and Eighty five between William Paca of the City of Annapolis
       of the one Part and Sara Joice of the said City of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said William Paca for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings
       Sterling Money in hand Paid the Receipt whereof the said William Paca
       doth hereby Acknowledge hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by these
       Presents doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said Sarah Joice and
       her Heirs all that Lott or Parcel of Ground lying and being in the said
       City which the said William Paca lately purchased of Thomas Dorsey
       the Metes & Bounds whereof are assertained and described in the said
       Dorseys Deed to the said William Paca now on Record among the Ann
       Arundel County Records  And all the Edifices Houses Improvements
       Benefits and Advantages whatsoever to the said Lot or Parcel of Ground
       appertaining and belonging or therein Erected or Built And the Reversion
       or Reversions Remainder or Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof and all the right Title Interest Claim Property or Demand of the
       said William Peacock the said Lot or Parcel of Ground in Law or Equity  To have
       and to hold the said Lot or Parcel of Ground Buildings & Premises to her
