30 Thomas Gray shall well and faithfully execute and perform the several duties required of him as Collector of the Tax for Calvert County according to Law then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force Signed Sealed and delivered in the Tho.s Gray (seal) presence of Edw.d Reynolds (seal) Alex.r Somervill Dan.l Rawlings Thomas Blake Sam.l Hance (seal) Ex.d Know all men by these presents that we Thomas Gray Edward Reynolds & John Turner of Calvert County are held and firmly stand bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just Sum of thirteen thousand Six hundred and ninety one pounds eight Shillings and Six pence to be paid to the said State of Maryland we bind ourselves and each of our heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this fourth day of May one thousand seven hundred and eighty two The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Thomas Gray shall well and faithfully Execute and perform the several duties required of him as Collector of the Tax for Calvert County according to Law then the above obligation to be void or else to be and remain in full force Signed Sealed and delivered in the T Gray (seal) presence of Alex.r Somervill Edw.d Reynolds (seal) Dan.l Rawlings Thomas Blake John Turner (seal) Ex.d This Indenture made the Fifteenth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and eighty three Between Jacob Funck of Washington County in the State of Maryland of the one part and John Rinsburgher of Frederick County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth That the said Jacob Funck for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five pounds Current money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said John Rinsburgher The receipt whereof he the said Jacob Funck doth hereby acknowledge hath granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth grant Bargain Sell and Confirm unto the said John Rensburgher his heirs & Assigns forever all that Lott or portion of ground Situate in the Town of Hamburgh and Prince George's County aforesaid Known in the General place of said Town by Number Two hundred and Eighty five Eighty Feet frunt on Mulbery Street and Two Hundred and Thirty feet back as doth appear by said plan which said Plan is recorded in Prince George's County records references being thereunto had may more fully appear Together with all Profits Advantages and appurtenances to the said Lott of Ground belonging or thereunto appurtaining and the Remainders and Reversions Thereof and all the right Title claim and Interest of him the said Jacob Funck To have and to hold the Said Lott of Ground with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the Said John Rinsburgher his heirs and Assigns to the only (Proper) |
