290 for himself his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Richard Scott his heirs and Assigns that the said William Taylor his Executors Administrators and Assigns shall and will during the said Term keep the House or houses by him build on the said Demised Premises and any other Improvements by him to be made or Planted thereon in good order and Tenantable repair and said Scott his heirs or Assigns is to find Nails for said Taylor his heirs or assigns to build a House sixteen by twenty feet and also find him a hand to assist him in building the same or any part of the said demised Premisses that the said Taylor thinks fit and at the Expiration of the Term aforesaid deliver the said Demised Premisses with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or that may be made or Planted during the Term aforesaid by the said William Tayler his Heirs or Assigns in good order and tenantable repair to the said Richard Scott his Heirs or Assigns And the said Taylor his Heirs or Assigns is to Plant the number of one hundred and fifty fruit Trees on the said Premisses which Trees the said Scott his Heirs or Assigns is to find for said Taylor And the said Taylor is to leave any Meadow Ground he may Clear on the said Premisses during said Term laid down in good Timothy Grass at the Expiration of the said Term In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and year first above Written Rich.d Scott (seal) signed sealed and delivered W.m Taylor (seal) in the presence of Jn.o Hargrove her Hannah X Hargrove Mark Recorded the 16 December 1784 Know all men by these Presents that we Samuel Shickells Sephus Sheckells and Osb Sprigg of Prince Georges County Gentlemen are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just Quantity of Forty Thousand Pounds of Tobacco to be Paid unto the said State to the which payment well and Truly to be made and done We bind our heirs Executors & Administrators in the whole and for the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these Presents sealed with our seales & dated this 3.d day of November in the year seventeen hundred and Eighty four The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Samuel Sheckells will diligently and carefully View and Examine all Tobacco brought to any Public Warehouse or Warehouses where he is |
