283 of the within mentioned Trusts Signed Sealed and Delivered James Young (S) by James Young and Charles By Joshua Barney Cha.s Young (S) Young in the Presence of us in Precence of us Joshua Barney (S) Rich.d Renshaw Gunning Beaford John Vennott John Young Maryland Baltimore Town November 22.d 1784 This day John Young Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court for the State of Maryland and Acknowledged the within instrument as his Act and Deed and all the Property and Effects therein named to be ^the^ right Property and Estate of the said Charles Young and Joshua Barney agreeable to the Litterale sence and meaning of the said Instrument at the same time appeared Ann Wife to the said James Young and Party to the within Instrument and being by me privately examined out of the hearing of her Husband and also acknowledged the within as her Hand and Deed and that she voluntarily relinquished her Right of dower to all the real Property hereby conveyed and not through fear off Threats or the displeasure of her said Husband R Goldsborough jun.r The Schedule mentioned in the Aforegoing Deed follows in these Words and figures to Wit A An Inventory or Schedule of real Property which belonged to James Young of Baltimore Town Assigned by a Deed of trust to Charles Young and Joshua Barney the 8.th day of October 1784 Viz.t N.o 1 586 Acres of Land in Baltimore County in the main falls of Patapsco 22 Miles from Baltimore Town being the Tract Purchased of Henry and now under Mortgage to Major Thomas Yates as an Indemnity for entering my Special Bail |
