27 Received on the day of the above date from the above named Jacob Boyer the sum of Five pounds Current money of Maryland in full for the Consideration money above said Witnesses present at signing Jacob Funck Thomas Johns Aquila Johns Prince Georges County fs This fifteenth day of March Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and eighty three Personally appeared before us Two of the Justices of the Peace for the said County Jacob Funck party to the above Deed and executed the same in due form of the Law and acknowledged the Premisses therein mentioned to be the right title & Interest of the therein named Jacob Boyer his heirs and assigns forever Jos.a Beall Acknowledged before us W.m Berry Recorded 17th March 1783 E.d This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty two Between William Aldridge of Frederick County and State of Virginia of the one part and Gerard Davis of Frederick County and State of Maryland of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Aldridge for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred and ninety nine pounds Current money to him in hand paid by the said Gerard Davis at or before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and off and from every part and parcel thereof doth hereby release acquit and discharge the said Gerard Davis his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these presents Hath granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the said Gerard Davis his heirs and Assigns for ever part of a Tract of Land called Pars Range beginning at the end of one hundred perches on the first Line of the aforesaid Tract of Land and running thence North one hundred and Ninety Six perches then East one hundred and fifty eight perches to intersect the fifth Line of the aforesaid tract of Land which said fifth Line is South one hundred and ninety nine perches and running with the said fifth Course from the place whare it intersects South to the end of the said Line then east ten perches then South twenty perches then with a straight line to the beginning place containing and laid out for one hundred and eighty Eight Acres more or less lying and being partly in Frederick and partly in Baltimore Counties together with all houses Buildings gardens orchards ways woods underwoods waters Water Courses Commodities privaleges advantages and appurtenances whatsoever on the said bargained premises being to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents Isues and profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate right title interest use trust property possession claim and demand whatsoever of him the said William Aldridge of in and to the same to have and |
