260 13.th October 1784 Red of Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer Esq.r Ninety five Pounds Specie the Consideration mentioned in the within Deed £95 6 sides Recorded the 20.th Day of October 1784 John B Meeke Exam.d & dl.d This Indenture made this twenty third Day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty four Between Alexander Lawson of Queen Anns County in the State of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and William Gibson of Baltimore County in the State aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Alexander Lawson for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty seven Pounds Current Money to him in hand Paid by the said William Gibson at or before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he Doth hereby Acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully satisfyed contented and Paid Hath Given Granted Bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed And By these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain sell alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said William Gibson all that part of a Tract or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in Baltimore County near Baltimore Town called and known by the name of Spicers Inheritance which is Contained within the following Metes and Bounds Courses and Distances Viz.t Beginning for the same on the west side of a Street Called Richmond Street left by the said Alexander Lawson and a Certain George Lux sixty six feet wide and where there is a Stone now fixed in the Ground Marked WG 1784 At the Distance of one hundred and fifty seven Perches and two tenths of a Perch from where the North twenty Degrees East thirty eight Perches line of Spicers Inheritance interse^c^ts or Crosses the west side of the said Street and running thence North thirty seven Degrees and one half of a Degree East forty Nine Perches and one half of a Perch to a stone fixed in the Ground then North sixty five Degrees West twenty six Perches and one fourth Part of a Perch to another Stone then South fifty nine Degrees West twenty Perches and one half of a Perch to another Stone then North fifty three Degrees West thirty six Perches to another stone then South thirty eight Degrees and three fourth of a Degree West twenty Perches and then south fifty three Degrees West five Perches and one half of a Perch to the aforesaid Street where there is a stone fixed at the edge of a run or Stream of Water and then on and with the said Street to the Beginning containing fifteen Acres of Land more or less together with the buildings and Improvements thereon being Woods ways Waters Water Courses Easments Priviledges Appurtenances and Advantages to the same Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and ^the^ Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate right title Interest use Possession trust Property claim and Demand (Whatsoever) |
