       Received the 11.th Day of August 1774 of the within named Thomas Johnson and Rinaldo Johnson
       the Sum of ten Pounds current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned

       Be it remembered that on the 11.th Day of August 1774  Came Henry Reston Party to the
       within Deed and acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premises
       therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Thomas Johnson and Rinaldo
       Johnson their Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and meaning of
       the within Indenture and according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and provided
       Acknowledged before us the Subscribers two of the Lord Proprietary's Justices of the

           Frederick County fs.t  The eleventh Day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and seventy four came before us the Subscribers two of the Hon.ble the Lord Proprietary's Justices
       of the Peace for the County aforesaid  Abigail Pancoast the Wife of Aidin Pancoast of said County and
       acknowledged her Right of Dower to a tract of Land called the Resurvey of Aberdeen liing and
       being in the County aforesaid to be the Right and Property of Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Esq.r of the City
       of Annapolis his heirs and Assigns and that she did the same of her own free and voluntary
       Will & Accord without fear or Threat of her said Husband's Displeasure she being by us privately
       examined and acknowledged the same
