                               On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Rec.d the day and year first within mentioned of and from the within mentioned Charles
       Graham & Anthony Stewart the sum of five shillings Sterling the Consideration mentioned to
       be paid to us

       On the twelfth Day of March 1774  Came John Lee party to the within Indenture & acknowledged
       the same as his Act & Deed and the Lands and premisses therein mentioned to be the Right
       and Estate of the said Charles Grahame & Anthony Stewart also parties thereto their Heirs &
       Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly

       This Indenture made the twenty fifth Day of April in the Year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and seventy four  Between Solomon Turner of Frederick County
       of the one Part and Thomas Elliott of Anne Arundel County of the other part  Witnesseth
       that the said Solomon Turner for and in Consideration of the Sum of Nine Pounds Current
       Money to him in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  Have bargained
       sold aliened remised released and Confirmed and by these presents Do bargain Sell alien
       remise release and confirm unto him the said Thomas Elliot his Heirs and Assigns  All that
       Tract or Parcell of Land lying in Frederick County called Solomons Contrivance and Neds
       Study Begining at a bounded White Oak standing on the South side of Middle
       Bennetts Creek about twenty perches from the said Creek and runing thence East forty
       forty Perches North thirty six perches west forty perches thence by a streight Line
       to the Begining Containing and now laid out for Nine Acres of Land Together with all
       and singular the Improvements Profits Commodities and Advantages to the same
       belonging and all the Estate Right and Title of him the said Solomon Turner of into
       or out of the same  To have and to hold the aforesaid Land and Premises with the
       Appurtenances unto him the sid Thomas Elliott his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or
       for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the said Solomon
       Turner hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above Written
          Signed sealed & Delivered                                                      his

       according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the Act of Assembly in such cases
