400 Ex.d This Indenture made the Seventeenth Day of October Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy two Between Nathan Waters of Ann Arundel County of the one Part and John Laypold of the City of Annapolis of the other part Whereas Edward Dorsey late of the City of Annapolis Deceased did heretofore to wit on the twenty third Day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty nine by his Lease for and in Consideration of the Yearly rent of Ten Pounds Current Money thereby Reserved demise grant and to farm let to Thomas Williamson of Ann Arundel County Innholder all that part of one Lot of Ground described Number forty by the last Survey made of the City of Annapolis beginning at the end of the north East line of the said Lott in the line of South East Street and running with the said Street North west fifty three feet and an half then south thirty five Degrees west one hundred and nineteen feet then south east fifty three feet and an half with a streight line to the beginning containing and laid out for Six thousand three hundred and fifty Six Square feet and an half together with the Smiths Shop then thereon and the Appurtenances thereunto belonging (except such part of the said Ground as the House of Thomas Sparrow stood upon) to him the said Thomas Williamson his Executors Administrators & Assigns for and during the term of twenty one years from the first Day of that Instant March as by the said Lease Recorded among Ann Arundel County Records may more fully appear Referrence being thereunto had And Whereas the said Thomas Williamson by his Deed indented for the Consideration therein mentioned did grant bargain Sell and Assign over to the said Edward Dorsey his Executors Administrators and Assigns the said Parcel of Ground and the House before mentioned & all other the Premises in the said Recited Indenture specified for all the Residue of the term then yet to come unexpired upon the trust therein mentioned as by the said last recited Indenture Recorded among the Records of Ann Arundel County Court Reference being then had may more fully appear And Whereas the said Edward Dorsey and Henerietta Maria Dorsey late of the City of Annapolis deceased wife of the said Edward Dorsey did on the third Day of June ^in the Year^ seventeen hundred fifty three by Lease duly Executed and recorded for the Considerations Covenants and Agreements in the same Contained demise grant and to farm let all that parcel of Ground and House before demised by the said first recited Indenture to Thomas Williamson to the said Nathan Waters his Executors Administrators and Assigns for and during the term of Twenty one Years to commence from the thirty first Day of May in the Year Seventeen hundred and fifty three And Whereas the said Henerietta Maria Dorsey did on the fourth Day of February Seventeen hundred and sixty two by her Lease for the Considerations Covenants and Agreements therein Contained demise grant and to farm Let all that parcel of Ground and House before Demised by the said first Recited Indenture to Thomas Williamson to the said Nathan |
