       This Indenture made the thirteenth Day of September one thousand seven hundred
       and seventy one  Between Edward Lloyd of Talbot County Esquire Son and Heir of Edward
       Lloyd late of the said County Esquire deceased of the one Part and Richard Bennett Lloyd
       of the same County Gentleman the younger Son of the said Edward Lloyd deceased of the
       other Part  Witnesseth that the said Edward Lloyd the Son as well for and in Consideration
       of the natural Love and Affection which he hath for his Brother the said Richard Bennett Lloyd
       as of five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Richard Bennett Lloyd before
       the Execution of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge Hath granted
       bargained and sold conveyed released and confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain
       and sell convey release and confirm unto the said Richard Bennett Lloyd and his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever All these following Tracts and Parcels of Land scituate lying &
       being in Talbot County afd that is to say one Tract of Land called  Wisbitch containing one
       hundred Acres, one Tract called Abbington containing four hundred acres, one Tract called Lobsowok
       containing six hundred and seventy nine Acres one Tract called Poplar Hill containing two
       hundred acres, one Tract called Whetstone containing one hundred Acres one Tract called
       Planters Increase with Turners Ridge containing five hundred and four acres, one Tract called
       Tobacco Pipe containing seven hundred and forty five acres, one Tract called Bachelor's Delight
       containing one hundred acres, one Tract called Poplar Neck containing one hundred acres, one
       Tract called Hackers Oldfield containing two hundred acres and Part of one Tract called Waterton
       containing two hundred and ninety acres be the Quantites of the several Tracts and Parcels of
       Land afd us above expressed or more or less And also these followings Tracts and Parcels of Land
       scituate lying and being in Queen Ann's County that is to say one Tract of Land called Wilton
       containing six hundred and fifty acres one Tract called The Addition to Wilton containing
       seven hundred acres, one Tract called Hemsleys Reserve contain^in^ing two hundred and
       thirty one Acres, part of one Tract called Trustram Wells containing sixty eight acres
       one Tract called Chesnut Neck corrected containing three hundred and sixty ^two^ acres &
       one Tract called Revival containing eleven hundred acres be the Quantities of the
       several Tracts and Parcels of Land last mentioned as above expressed or more or less And
       also these following Tracts and Parcels of Land scituate lying & being in Kent County
       that is to say one Tract or parcel called Chevy Chase containing two hundred acres, one
       Tract or Parcel called Cornwallis's Choice containing twelve ^hundred^ acres and all that Part
