       after mentioned they the said Thomas Burgen Ferdinando Batty and Benjamin Baxter
       have and each of them hath granted bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by
       these Presents Do and each of them doth give grant bargain sell alien release and confirm
       unto him the said Thomas Shaw otherwise called Gash his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that
       Tract or Parcel of Plantable Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid called Goose Harbor
       containing two hundred Acres originally granted to Rowland Thornbrough on or about the twenty
       eight Day of May one thousand six hundred and eighty three And also all that other Tract or
       Parcel of Plantable Land lying and being in the same County also called Goose Harbor containing     
       forty one Acres of Land originally granted to Rowland Thornbrough on or about the sixth
       Day of May sixteen hundred and eighty nine Together with all Houses Buildings Gardens
       Orchards Ways Woods Under Woods Waters Water Courses Profits Privileges Advantages and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the same Tracts of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part
       and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of them the said Thomas Burgen Ferdinando Batty and Benjamin Baxter and each and either
       them of in and to the same ^and every part thereof^ To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land with
       their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said Thomas Shaw otherwise called Gash his Heirs
       and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Thomas Shaw otherwise called Gash
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever To the Intent nevertheless that by Virtue of these Presents he the said
       Thomas Shaw otherwise called Gash may be and become a good and perfect Tenant of the immediate Freehold
       and Inheritance of the said Tracts or Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances against whom a common
       Recovery may be had perfected and executed in the Manner herein after mentioned and for that Purpose
       it is covenanted concluded and agreed by and between all the said several Parties to these
       Presents that before the End of September Provincial Term in this present Year seventeen hundred
       and seventy one one Writ of Entry sure dissuasion en El post shall and may be brought commenced
       and prosecuted returnable in the said Provincial Court in the Name of the said Thomas Johnson
       Jun. Demanding against the said Thomas Shaw otherwise called Gash as Tenant whereby the said Thomas Johnson Jun. shall demand against the aforesaid Thomas Shaw otherwise called Gash the said Tracts of Land
       with their Appurtenances by such apt and convenient Names and Descriptions as shall be
       proper in that Behalf to which Writ the said Thomas Shaw otherwise called Gash shall appear
       gratis in his own proper Person or by his Attorney or Attorneys lawfully authorized and shall
       and will vouch or call to warrant the same Premises the said Thomas Burgen who shall
       also appear gratis in his ^own^ proper person or by his Attorney or Attorneys lawfully authorized
       and shall an will enter into the said Warranty and vouch over to warrant the
