169 whatsoever to the same Tracts or Parcels of Land or any or either of them belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders rents Issues and Profits thereof and every part and Parcel of either of them To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land and every of them and all and singular the Premisses with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Joshua Hall his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for and during and untill the full End and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the Intent and Purpose that (by force and virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring uses into possession) the said Joshua Hall may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Revertion and Inheritance thereof to him and his for ever In Witness whereof the said Parties to these presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the the Day and year first above written Thomas Taylor (seal) Signed Sealed and Delivered John Hall son Joshua in the Presence of his John I P Price mark On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit Received the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the within named Joshua Hall the Sum of five Shillings Sterling the Consideration within mentioned Test, John Hall Son Joshua Thoms Taylor his John I P Price mark On the 7th Day of February 1771 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County John Hall and John Price and respectively made Oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that they saw Thomas Taylor party to the within Deed Sign Seal and Deliver the same as his Act and Deed for the Uses therein mentioned And that they saw him sign his Name to the Receit indorsed on the said Deed for the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money therein mentioned and that they respectively subscribed their Names as Witnesses thereto 6¼ sides And Buchanan Recorded this 24th Day of April 1771 X.d This Indenture Tripartite made the fifth Day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy one Between Thomas Taylor of York County in the Province of Pensilvania Farmer of the first Part Joshua Hall of Baltimore County and Province of Maryland Planter of the second Part and Robert Alexander of the said County and Province Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Taylor for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Joshua Hall at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the Docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Revertions and Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of an din the Lands Tenements and Heriditaments herein after mentioned and for settling and assuring the said Lands and Premisses to the said Joshua Hall his Heirs and Assigns he the said Thomas Taylor by and with the advice (and) |
