       Church Circle and running thence with the said Street South East Twenty Seven feet and
       half a foot then South forty degrees forty five minutes West one hundred and Forty nine feet
       then North thirty three Degrees west thirteen feet and one half foot then North forty one Degrees
       East one hundred and Seventeen feet to the North West Corner of Elie Vallette his dwelling
       House then with and round the said House to the Church Circle so as to intersect twenty nine feet
       and half a foot in the said circle from the End of South East Street and from thence with the
       said circle twenty nine feet and half a foot to the Beginning the corner of South East Street
       containing Two thousand Six hundred and Seventy and a half square feet   And the said
       Daniel Dulany for himself his Heirs Executors and Admors Doth Covenant Promise and
       Grant to and with the said Robert Pinkney his Executors Admors and Assigns and every of
       them by these presents that he the said Daniel Dulany the hereby Bargained premises and every
       part thereof against all and every person or persons claiming by from or under ^him^ shall and will
       warrant and forever defend   In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto
       Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year above written

       and Deed to and for the purposes within mentioned
