               This Indenture Tripartite made the twenty third Day of September in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy Between Rebecca Brown of Ann arundel County
       widow Daughter of Thomas Reynolds Sen.r formerly of Ann Arundel County and Joshua
       Griffith of Ann Arundel County aforesaid of the first Orlando Griffith of Ann Arundel County
       aforesaid of the second part and Thomas Johnson Junior of the City of Annapolis of the third part
       Witnesseth that they the said Rebecca Brown and Joshua Griffith for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to them in Hand paid by the said Orlando Griffith at or
       before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt they do hereby acknowledge and thereof
       and therefrom do and each of them doth acquit exonerate and Discharge the said Orlando
       Griffith his Heirs Exors Adm.rs and Assigns and every of them by these Presents Have and Each
       of them Hath given granted bargained Sold Aliened released and Confirmed And by these
       Presents Do and each of them Doth give grant bargain Sell alien release and confirm unto
       him the said Orlando Griffith and his Heirs All those two hundred and ten Acres of Land
       more or less lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid being part of a Tract or
       Parcel of Land called Food Plenty the whole of which contains eight hundred and Thirty
       acres more or less the said part Beginning at two four Notched red Oaks standing at the End
       of the twentieth Course of the said whole Tract the aforesaid four notched red Oaks are likewise
       the Beginning Trees of Amos Simpson and Sarah Reynolds their part of the afsd Food Plenty
       thence running the Original Course South Thirty two Degrees East eighty six Perches then
       South forty two Degrees West one hundred and ten perches then south fifty five Degrees East
       twenty perches then North seventy Degrees East one hundred and twelve Perches then
       South forty Degrees East fifty eight perches then south eighty six Degrees East seventy four
       perches then North five Degrees West Two hundred and Thirty seven Perches to intersect
       the given Line of Sarah Reynolds her part of the aforesaid eight hundred and thirty acres
       then with the afd Sarahs given Line to the Beginning Trees Together with all Houses
       Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Woods Under Woods Waters Water Courses Commodities
       Improvements Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Two hundred and
       ten Acres of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining And the Revertion and Revertions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Two hundred and ten
       Acres of Land And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property Claim
       & Demand whatsoever of them the said Rebecca Brown and Joshua Griffith and each of
       in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof  To have and To hold the said Two hundred &
       ten Acres of Land and premises with their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the
       said Orlando Griffith his heirs and assigns ^to the use of the said Orlando Griffith his heirs & assigns^ forever To the Intent and purpose that the said
       Orlando Griffith may by Virtue hereof be and become a good and perfect Tenant of the
       immediate Free hold and Inheritance of the said Two hundred and ten Acres of Land with
       their Appurtenances against whom one or more Common Recovery or Recoveries may be had
       perfected and executed to the Use Intent and Purpose whatsoever And thereupon it is covenanted
       concluded and agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that before the end
       of September Provincial Term next one or more writ or writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post
       shall and may be brought and prosecuted in the Name of him the said Thomas Johnson as
       Plaintiff or Demandant therein against the said Orlando Griffith as Tenant or Defendant of and
       for the said two hundred and ten Acres of Land with their Appurtenances by such
