(85) Part & Parcel thereof doth fully clearly & absolutely Exxonerate Acquit & Discharge the said Edward Dorsey his heirs & assigns Forever Hath given granted Bargained Sold aliened Enfeoff'd & confirm'd & by these Presents doth fully clearly & absolutely Give Grant bargain sel alien Enfeoffe & confirm unto the said Edward Dorsey his heirs & assigns forever all that Tract or Parcell of Land call'd the Addition to Greenburys Grove Enlarged lying in Baltimore County Beginning at two bounded Chesnutt Trees & one bounded Red Oak they being the Beginning Trees of the whole Tract call'd the Addition to Greenburys Grove & Running T^h^ence North Thirty six degrees West forty Perches North fifty Eight degrees West twenty Eight Perches bounding on Greenburys Grove to the Land called Malones Resolution then bounding on that Land the following courses (viz.t) North fifteen degrees East One hundred & forty Perches North thirty nine Degrees West Sixty Perches then South Seventy six degrees East fifty Perches North sixty four degrees East forty two Perches North seventeen degrees East sixty Perches East Thirty pearches South forty seven degrees East sixty perches south twenty three degrees West Eighty pearches South thirty seven degrees East fifty six perches South fifty five degrees West forty perches South fifty four degrees East Eighty four Perches To the End of the Ninth Course of the original survey then bounding on & with the original Survey the Six following Courses (viz.t) South five degrees East forty two perches south thirty five degrees West forty six Perches North sixty six degrees West Thirty pearches North Eighty degrees West forty two Perches North Twenty six Degrees West Forty Eight perches & Then With a Straight Line to the Beginning containing and laid out for Two hundred & Twenty three acres More or Less Together all Houses out house orchards fencing Gardens & all and Singular the Improvements premisses & appurtenances unto the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the said Two hundred & Twenty Three Acres of Land Aforesaid together with all & Singular the premises & appurtenances unto the said Edward Dorsey his heirs & assigns forever to the only proper use & Behoof of him the said Edward Dorsey his heirs & assigns Forever And the said Sewell Young & his heirs the said Two hundred & Twenty Three Acres of Land unto the said Edward Dorsey his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns In Manner & form Aforesaid convey'd against him the said Sewell Yonnd his Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns and against all and Every other person & Persons Whatsoever that Shall or may Hereafter Claim any Right Title or Interest unto the above Land & Premises the said Sewell Young his heirs Executors Administrators & assigns Shall and will Warrant & forever defend by these Presents and the said Sewell Young his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns further covenants to and with the said Edward Dorsey his heirs Execut.rs administrators & assigns that he the said Sewell Young his heirs Executors or administrators Shall & will at The Reasonable Request & at the Cost and Charge of the said Edward Dorsey his heirs or assigns further doe or suffer to be done any other Lawfull act or acts Thing or Things devise or Devises for the Better surety and more Sure Making of all & Singular the above Land and Premises unto the said Edward Dorsey his heirs Executors administrators or assigns as by the said Edward Dorsey his heirs or assigns or his or their Council Learned (in) |
