663 Eighty pearches North forty one degrees West Twelve pearches North seventeen degrees East fifty two pearches North Sixty five degrees East Thirty three Pearches North Twenty four degrees East one hundred and Sixty five Perches South Eighty seven degrees West Thirty perches North Thirty five degrees West Twenty Pearches to the end of the thirteenth Course of a Tract of Land called Ely's Lott then Bounding on the said Land the five following Courses (Viz.t) North Sixty five degrees East Thirty four perches North Thirty six Perches North Seventy six degrees East Twenty two pearches North Eighteen degrees West Thirty six Pearches North forty two degrees West twelve pearches North twenty eight degrees West Thirty nine perches which Intersects a Tract of land call'd Vachels Purchase thence North fifty five degrees East Twenty three perches South Twenty nine degrees East Sixty seven pearches which Intersects the North twenty seven degrees East Twenty nine pearch Line of a Tract of Land call'd Lancelott's Lott then bounding on that Land the Three following Courses South Twenty seven degrees West Twenty four Pearches South fifty one degrees East Thirty six Pearches North Sixty five degrees East Ten pearches then North nine degrees East Twenty four pearches South Seventeen degrees East Eighty three Pearches to Strike the North Sixty nine degrees East Fifty nine Pearch Line of Vachel Dorsey's part of said Dorsey's Thickett and Twenty eight pearches from Beginning of said Line then Reversing the same South sixty nine degrees West Twenty Eight perches to a Hickory mark'd with four Notches it being the Beginning Tree of Vachel Dorsey's part of said Dorsey's Thickett then with a Streight Line to the Begining Containing and Laid out for one Hundred and Twenty six Acres more or Less and also all that Tract of Land call'd Dexterity Lying and Adjoining the aforesaid Tract of Land call'd Dorsey's Thickett Containing Five Hundred and Eighty four Acres of Land more or Less Resurvey'd unto said John Dorsey in the Year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred and Sixty six and also all his said John Dorsey part of a Tract of Land call'd Ely's Lott Deeded him by his Brother Edward Dorsey Junior for Fifty Acres of Land more or Less To Have and to Hold the aforesaid three Tracts or Parcils of Land and Premises with their Appurtenances unto him the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever and to the only use and Behoof of him the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said John Dorsey for himself and his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant and Agree to and with ^him^ the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John Dorsey his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend the said Land and Premises with their Appurtenances of in or to the same or any Part or Parcil and from all other Defeats and Incumberances whatsoever and Lastly that he the said John Dorsey doth further Covenant and Promise and Agree for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators to and with him the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John Dorsey his Heirs Executors & Administrators shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter at the reasonable Request of the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs or Assigns make such further other Grant and Assurance for the more sure making and Confirming the said Land and Premises unto the said Vachel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns (forever) |
