(415) Divours Good Causes and Considerations him moving hath remised Released and for Ever quit Claimed and by these presents for himself and his heirs Doth Fully Clearley and Absolutely Remise Releas and for Ever quit Claim unto Henry Gaither of Frederick County in the Provence aforesaid in his full and peasabell possession and Seizing and to heirs and Assigns for Ever all such Right Titel Interest and Demand Whatever of or in or unto part of a Tract or parcell of Land Laying and beeing in Annarundell County in the aforesaid provence of Maryland & Begining at Sixty five perches on the Seventh Line of the said Land called Gaither.s Park And Running thence North Ninety five perches to the Ending of the said Line then North East One hundred and Twenty Perches then North Eighty Degrees East one hund and twenty perches then South Six Degrees East Seventy Six perches then South Eighty three Degrees West One hundred and three perches then South thirty Eight Degrees West Sixty perches then South Two Degrees East fourty Eight perches then By a Straight Line to the Begining Containing and Laid out for One hundred and Twenty five Acres of Land more or Less To have and to hold the said Land and Premises unto the said henry Gaither his heirs and Assigns To the onely use and Behoof of him the said Henry Gaither his heirs and Assigns for Ever) so that neither he the said John Gaither Nor his heirs Shall or will by any ways or means hereafter have Claim Challenge or Demand any Estate Right Titel or Intrest of in or to the premises or any part or parcel thair of thay and every of them Shall be Utterley Excluded and barred for Ever by these presents in Witness whearof the said John Gaither hath hearunto Set His Hand and Affixed his Seal this Twenteth Day of June Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Eight Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presents of us John Gaither (seal) Na Hammond J.r George C C Raitt On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t On the 20.th Day of June 1768 Came the within Named John Gaither Befour me the subscriber and Acknowledged the within Written Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises thairin Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within Named Henry Gaither and his heirs and Assigns For Ever According to the Treu Intent and Meaning of the same and the Act of Assembely of this prvence of Maryland in such Cases made and provided J Bordley Recorded ^the^ 20 day of June 1768 4¼ sides Exam.d Be it Known to all men by these Presents Me Adam Carlyle now of Lymekills in the County of Dumfries North Brittain son of the Deceast Alexander Carlyle Merchant and Planter in Virginia or Maryland Immediat lawfull Brother to John Carlyle late of Lymekills and Nephew to William Carlyle merchant and planter in Virginia or Maryland Whereas I have been served heir in Generall before the Magistrates of Annan to the said John Carlyle of Lymekills my Uncle, And to Adam Carlyle his Father and my Grandfather And also Served heir to William Carlyle merchant and planter in Virginia or |
