       said Hookers Purchase by a line drawn from the said Tree North
       East and by East unto the abovesaid Hole and bounded on the East by
       the said Hole by a line drawn South unto the abovesaid Ann Arundel
       Manor containing and now laid out for one hundred Acres of Land more
       or less on other Tract or Parcel of Land called Solomons Purchase
       being part of Ann Arundel Manor Beginning at a bounded White
       Oak marked with Twelve Notches standing at the head of a Branch
       of Road River running thence west two hundred thirty nine perches
       to a white oak marked with nine notches then south one hundred
       and one perches to a cedar post Artificially set in the Ground in
       a Branch of Patuxent River then East two hundred thirty nine
       perches to a nother cedar post then North to the first bounder
       containing and now laid out for one hundred and fifty acres of
       Land more or less also one other Tract or parcel of Land called
       Sparrow's Addition being part of Ann arundel manor  Beginning
       at a bounded white oak of a Tract or parcell of Land formerly possessed
       by one Anthony Smith it being the north west corner Tree of the
       said Smith's Land running thence west one hundred and fifty nine
       perches to a bounded Hickory marked with nine notches thence
       North one hundred and one perches to a bounded red oak marked with
       four notches thence East one hundred fifty nine perches till it intersects
       the aforesaid Anthony Smiths Land then with the said Smiths Land
       by a Streight line to the first bounded white oak Containing and
       laid out for one hundred acres more or less together with all and
       Singular the Appurtenances thereunto or to either of the said
       Tracts or parcells of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
       and also the reversion and reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Right Estate Interest Benefit Claim and Demand whatsoever of
       her the said Sophia Galloway of in and to all and Singular the
       Premisses To have and to hold the aforesaid Three Tracts or parcells
       of Land together with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances
       thereunto or to either of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging
       or in any wise Appertaining unto the said Stephen Watkins
       his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof
       of the said Stephen Watkins his heirs and assigns for ever
