(144) Good and perfect Common Recovery or Recoveries with treble Voucher shall or may be had suffered perfected and executed of for or upon all and Singular the said hereby released premisses with the Appurtenances in all Things according to the usual Course Order and form of Common Recoveries with treble voucher for Assurance of Lands in Such Cases used and it is hereby further Covenanted Concluded declared and fully agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents for Themselves and their Heirs and it is their True intent and meaning that the Common Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had suffered or executed of for or upon the said hereby released Premisses or any part thereof and the full force effect and execution thereof and all and every other Common Recovery and Recoveries had made Suffered or executed or to be had made Suffered or executed of for or upon the Premisses or any part thereof to which the said Parties to these presents or any of Them is or are or shall be expounded deemed and Taken and is and was ment and intended and is hereby released to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid and Premisses and every part and parcell thereof with the Appurtenances to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Philemon Lloyd Chew his heirs and Assigns for Ever and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set Their Hands and Seals the day and year first within written Sam.l Chew (seal) Sealed and Delivered Phile.n Lloyd Chew (seal) in the presence of William Paca (seal) Elisha Harrison, Elie Vallette J Hall (seal) On the back of the aforegoing Release was Thus written Viz.t Received on the Day and year first within written of the within named William Paca the Sum of Five shillings sterling Money of Great Britain being the Ster Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid us £0 5 0 Witness Elie Vallette Sam.l Chew Phile.n Lloyd Chew On the Twenty fourth day of October in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and sixty six came before me the Subscriber one of the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary his provincial Justices the within Samuel Chew (Philemon) |
