(118) North West Line of Martinson then East South East one hundred and eight perches thence by a Direct Line to the first bounded Tree containing one hundred Acres of Land both situate lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters water Courses Commodities previlidges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same parcels or parts of Tracts of Land ^or any or either of them belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the revertion & revertions remainder & remainders rents issues & profits thereof & every part and parcel of either of them To have and to hold the said parcells or parts of Tracts of Land^ hereby bargained and sold or intended so to be and every of them and all and singular the premisses with Their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Jones his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the date of these presents for and during and unto the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next Ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended To the Intent and Purpose that (by force and Virtue of these presents and of the Statute for Transferring uses into possession) the said Thomas Jones may be in the Actual possession of the premisses and be thereby enabled to take and accept of a Grant and Release of the Revertion and Inheritance Thereof to him and his heirs forever In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written his Signed Sealed & Delivered William X Rolles (seal) in the presence of mark Christopher Rolles (seal) Benjamin Rogers, Mark Alexander On The Foot of the aforegoing Lease was Thus written Viz.t Received the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the within Thomas Jones the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration to be paid to us his William X Rolles Christopher Rolles 6½ sides Mark Witness Benjamin Rogers, Mark Alexander Recorded 2.d August 1766 Ex.d This Indenture made the fourth Day of March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six Between William Roles and Christopher Roles of Baltimore County Planters Sons and Devisees of Jacob Roles late of Baltimore County Deceased of the first part and Thomas Jones of the Same County Merchant of the Second part and Robert Alexander Esq.r Attorney at Law of the Third part Witnesseth that the said William Roles and Christopher Roles for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred (and) |
