       advised and required  In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands
       and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written

       within mentioned sum of Two hundred and Ninety Pounds
       Current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned
       to be by him paid to me      I say received by me

       the four Lots of Ground therein mentioned and intended to
       be bargained and sold to be the Right, Title, and Estate
       of the Within named Thomas Johnson Jun.r his Heirs
