        Reasonable Request of the said Absolom Baker his Heirs or Assigns
        make such further and other giant and assurance for the more sure making and
        confirming the said Land and Premisses, unto the said Absolom Baker
        his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning hereof
        as his or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised Advised
        or required  In Witness whereof the said John Baker hath her unto set his
        Hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit
            1762 April tenth

                                    Received of Absolom Baker Twenty Pounds Cur.r
        Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned

        April 10 1762  Then came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
        Justices for Ann Arundel County Court, John Baker and
        acknowledged the within Indenture to be his Act and Deed, and the
        Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right, and Estate, of the
        within named Absolom Baker, his Heirs and Assigns for ever, And at the
        same time came Elizabeth Wife of the said John Baker, and being
        examined as the Law directs, gave her free consent in Bare of her
        Dower
