County Court ^and^ John Baker acknowledged the
within Indenture to be his
Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein
Mentioned to be the Right
and Estate of the within named Vachel Dorsey
his heirs and assigns for
ever and at the same time came Elizabeth Wife
of the aforesaid John Baker
and being examined as the Law directs gave
her free consent in Bare
of her Dower

hundred and sixty two Between John Baker
of Baltimore County of the
one Part and Absolom Baker of the aforesaid County of
the other Part Witnesseth
that he the said John Baker for and in consideration
of the sum of twenty Pounds
Current Money to him in hand paid ^or secured to be paid^ by the said
Absolom Baker at or before
the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the
Receipt whereof he the said
John Baker doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
Doth acquit exonerate and
fully discharge the said Absolom Baker his heirs and
assigns forever Hath
granted bargained and sold and by these Presents doth
