348 and free from all charge of arrears of Quit rents and that the s.d M.r Hughs may enter upon the Land and prepare for a Crop as soon as he should determine to compleat the purchase, but that the person then in the occupation of the Premisses should not be molested or hindred from finishing his crop as in and by the said Contract or Deed Poll reference being thereto had more fully appears Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Barnabas Hughes for and in consideration of the sum of Five shillings Pennsylvania Money to him by the said William Allen in hand paid (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) and of the said William Allen's aggreeing and understaking to pay to the said Daniel Dulany the said purchase Moneys & in all things to comply with and perform the rest of the Terms and Conditions of the said recited Contract with the said Daniel Dulany He the said Barnabas Hughs Hath bargained sold assigned Transferred & made over and by these present Doth bargain sell assign transfer and made over unto the said William Allen his Heirs Executors & assigns All his the said Barnabas Hughs's Estate right Title Interest and Claim of in and wo the said Tract of Land called Long Meadow enlarged with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging together with the said recited contract for the purchase of the said premisses and all Benefits and advantage thereof at Law & in Equity To hold unto the said William Allen his heirs Executors and assigns to and for the proper use benefit and Behoof of the said William Allen |
