             On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus written

                March 17.th 1763   Then Received of Charles Hammond
       Jun.r the Consideration Monies within Expressed being the
       sum of one hundred and forty two pounds currency
          received by us                                 his

          Silvanus Pomphery                           her
                                                           Ann A Pumphrey
                                                                  mark

       1763   March 17.th Received of M.r Charles Hammond
       Junior four shillings and ten pence sterling for the use
       of the Lord Baltimore being the alianation Fine on the
       within Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edw.d Loyd Esq.r
       his s.d Lordships agent & receiver general

                March the 17.th 1763   Then came the within named
       Joseph Pumphrey and Ann Pumphrey his Wife
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of
       the Provincial Court, and acknowledged the within
       Instrument of Writing to be their act and Deed and
