267 & Henry Griffith the said Five hundred and forty six Acres of Land unto the said William Aldridge and his heirs in manner & form afd conveyed against them the said Ann Hammond and Henry Griffith and their heirs and assigns against all and every other Person or Persons Whatsoever claiming by from or under them the said Ann Hammond and Henry Griffith and their Heirs shall and will warrant and for ever defend and further that they the said Ann Hammond and Henry Griffith and their Heirs shall upon Request and at the Charges in the Law of him the said William Aldridge his Heirs or Assigns Make doe suffer Acknowledge and Execute any other or fu^r^ther act or acts thing or things in the Law whatsoever that shall by the said William Aldridge his Heirs or assigns his or their Council learned in the Law be Reasonably divised advised or Required for the Better and more sure Making the said Bargained premisses to the said William Aldridge his heirs and assigns for ever provided the same Deed contain no other Warrant than is herein contained In Witness whereof the parties first above Written have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and affixed their sealls the day and year afore mentioned Signed Sealed & Delivered Ann Hammond (s) In the presence of us the Word two added before H Griffith (s) signed Ep howard and John Burgess Junior On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Written Viz Received |
