219 of the same Deed & the Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided before J Hepburn 23 sides Recorded the 28.th September 1762 Ex.d This Indenture made this Twelfth day of August in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and sixty two Between Joseph Ensor of Baltimore County Gentleman of the One Part and John Rogers of County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Joseph Ensor for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said John Rogers at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth hereby release acquit and Discharge the said John Rogers his Executors Administrators and Assigns hath granted bargained and sold And by these Presents Doth grant bargain and sell unto the said John Rogers his Executors Admin.rs and Assigns all that Tract of Plantable Land called Bohemia Manor situate lying and being in Part in Cecil County and begining at the south Point of Bohemia and Elk River dividing and from thence Eastwards up along the said Bohemia River near the Head thereof to Hermans Branch by Oppoquormin Landing Point and thence up the said + Run to the Highway Road and further along the said Road Northerly to |
