       any one person whatsoever, and that the said Wollman
       Gibson, and his heirs, shall and will, at all times when
       thereto required by the said John Gibson or his heirs and assigns
       do make execute, acknowledge, and suffer this Deed, and all
       and every such further and other acts Deeds, Assurances and Conveyances
       in the Law for the further and better Assuring Confirming
       and Conveying the afd parcell of Land and Premisses hereby
       bargained and sold to the said John Gibson his heirs and assigns
       as by him or them, or his or their Council shall be Advised
       Devised and required; And Lastly that ^he^ the said Wolman Gibson
       and his heirs the land and premises afd against him and his
       heirs to the said John Gibson his heirs and Assigns, shall and
       will Warrant and for ever defend; In Witness whereof the
       said Wolman Gibson hereto setts his hand and seal the day
       and Year aforesaid
