Exam.^d    This Indenture made the 13.^th day of September
        in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty
        two Between Ann Harwood of Ann Arundel County
        Widow Administrators of Richard Harwood junior of Ann
        Arundel County Gentleman son and Heir at Law of the
        said Richard Harwood deceased of the one part and
        Jonathan Rawlings of Ann Arundel County Cabinet Maker
        of the other part    Whereas the said Jonathan Rawlings
        by his Deed of Mortgage bearing date the Twentieth day of
        June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred
        and fifty one for the consideration in the said Deed mentioned
        among other things did give grant bargain sell release and
        confirm unto the said Richard Harwood deceased his Heirs and
        Assigns for ever    All that Tract of Land commonly called
        Brotherly Love lying and being in Baltimore County on
        the North Side of Patasco River containing and laid out for
        one hundred acres of Land together with all and singular the
        Houses Buildings and Improvements to the same belonging
        or in any wise appertaining and also all his Estate Right
        Title Property Claim and Demand whatsoever to the same or
        any part thereof with a Condition or Proviso in the said Deed
        to be Void and of no effect upon the Payment of the sum of one
        hundred and seventy pounds pounds Current Money with legal
        interest thereon to a certain John Brice of the City of Annapolis
        Esquire Reference being had to the said Deed may more fully
        appear and at large appear                Now this Indenture
