                   At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       On the day and year within mentioned before me one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the Parties to the within Indenture Daniel
       Dulany and Walter Dulany respectively acknowledged the within and
       above Deed according to the form and Directions of the Act of Assembly
       in such case made and Provided and on the Same Day and Year
       Rebecca the Wife of the said Daniel Dulany being for that purpose
       Examined by me Privately and out of the Hearing of her said
       Husband declared that she also in order to bar her Right of Dower
       in the within Moiety acknowledged her self to be contented and
       satisfied with the said Deed and that she made the same acknowledgment
       willingly freely and without being induced thereto by fears
       or threats of or ill usage by her said Husband or fear of his displeasure
       all which I do hereby certify

Ex.d  This Indenture made the thirtieth day of November in the year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty Nine Between Patrick Hamilton of
       Kent Island in Queen Ann's County in Maryland Gentleman of the one part
       and Beale Bordley of Baltimore County in the same Province Gentleman
       of the other part Whereas the said Patrick Hamilton together with a
       certain John Flanegan Gentleman and Matthias Bordley now deceased
       heretofore in the lifetime and at the Time of the Death of the said Matthias
       Bordley were engaged and the said Patrick Hamilton and John Flanegan
       Surviving Partners of the said Matthias Bordley hitherto have continued and
       are engaged in Partnership or Company in the Sale of a Cargo or Quantity of
       Goods or Merchandize or the remains thereof heretofore in the life Time of the
       said Matthias Bordley by them imported from England the Partnership Accounts
       between which said Parties yet remain open and unsetled And Whereas the said
       Beale Bordley Executor of the Testament and last Will of the said Matthias Bordley
       and the said Patrick Hamilton and John Flanegan have now agreed that the
